Skillset Specific Workouts.

Exercise length: 20 minutes

Work at full speed and be prepared to make plenty of mistakes.

Use two cones to mark the position of a defender (or use a partner if you have one to act as a passive defender)

Full speed run with 1v1 move then turn 10 yards past cones and go again immediately. You can vary the angle/direction of your run when performing a 1v1 move to mix it up.

Speed feint right foot x 5 moves

Speed feint left foot x 5 moves

30 seconds rest

Beardsley hips right foot x 5 moves

Beardsley hips left foot x 5 moves

30 seconds rest

Inside outside right foot x 5 moves

Inside outside left foot x 5 moves

2 minute rest

3-touch quick feet right foot x 5 moves

3-touch quick feet left foot x 5 moves

30 seconds rest

Scissors right foot x 5 moves

Scissors left foot x 5 moves

1 minute rest

Speed set:

Speed feint right foot x 1

Speed feint left foot x 1

Beardsley hips right foot x 1

Beardsley hips left foot x 1

Inside outside right foot x 1

Inside outside left foot x 1

3-touch quick feet right foot x 1

3-touch quick feet left foot x 1

Scissors right foot x 1

Scissors left foot x 1

30 seconds rest

Repeat above speed set
