High continuous – Juggling

High continuous juggling.

Individual Skills Library.

1. Juggle the ball using one foot only at around twice your height.

2. Try to maintain your juggling technique and relax without moving around too much if possible.

3. Use your right foot only for a period of time, then move onto your left foot only and finally work on using both feet alternately, keeping the ball high at all times.

4. Test yourself – as you become more comfortable, increase the height at which you juggle and try to maintain your technique continuously without losing control.
