Lace inside alternate – Juggling

Lace inside alternate juggling.

1. Using one foot only, juggle the ball once with your lace and then immediately with the inside of the same foot. Continue this alternating rhythm with the lace and inside of your foot.

2. Use your right foot only for a period of time, then move onto your left foot only and finally work on using both feet alternately. When using both feet alternately, take two touches with the right foot (lace then inside) before moving straight onto the other foot (lace then inside).

3. Test yourself – see how fast you can juggle and move the ball between both feet. Experiment with lace to lace (both feet) followed by inside to inside (both feet) and see how long you can keep the rhythm going.
