Low rapid touch – Juggling

Low rapid touch juggling.

Individual Skills Library.

1. Juggle the ball with one foot only, keeping it only a few inches above the foot.

2. Use the lower part of your foot (top of the toes) to take rapid touches while maintaining balance on your standing leg.

3. Start with your right foot only for a period of time then move onto your left foot only. When you are comfortable with both feet, spend 5-10 seconds on one foot before switching the ball to the other foot and continuing.

4. The movement is very small – to maintain tiny touches, you need to focus on lifting your foot (toes in particular) quickly but only a very small distance each time the ball connects.

5. Test yourself – try and get as many touches as possible in 30 seconds without losing control.
