Exercise length: 20 minutes

Focus on your juggling technique and aim be as relaxed, controlled and composed as possible.

Rapid touch juggling right foot x 20 touches (approx, doesn’t have to be exact)

x 5 sets

Rapid touch juggling left foot x 20 touches (approx, doesn’t have to be exact)

x 5 sets

1 minute rest

High juggling (head height) right foot x 10 (work until you can get at least 5 juggles without making a mistake, target is 10)

High juggling (head height) left foot x 10 (work until you can get at least 5 juggles without making a mistake, target is 10)

High juggling (head height) alternate feet (left to right) x 10 (work until you can get at least 5 without making a mistake, target is 10)

1 minute rest

Continuous, don’t stop when doing the set below:

5 juggles left foot

5 juggles left thigh

5 juggles right thigh

5 juggles right foot

x 3 sets with no rest between sets
