Quick feet speed turns.

1. Move the ball between your feet as quickly as possible using the insides of your feet only.

2. Every 5-6 touches, make a 180 degree turn and continue moving the ball between your feet at speed. Repeat the process.

3. You can shorten the number of touches to make it more difficult (so turn every 2-3 touches) or increase it to make things slightly easier (9-10 touches then turn).

4. Test yourself – move the ball between your feet at speed and turn 180 degrees as quickly as possible. See how quickly you can go while maintaining a smooth rhythm.
