1. Start by dragging the ball back with your right foot and then immediately ‘open’ your body and push the ball fowards and to the right diagonally, using the inside of your right foot.

2. Quickly drag the ball back with your left foot and then open the body again and use the inside of the left foot to push the ball forwards and to the left diagonally.

3. The idea is to work in a ‘v’ shape with this motion – dragback, open body, push ball forward, repeat.

4. Test yourself – stay in a rough ‘v’ shape and go as fast as possible, taking two quick touches with each foot (1 dragback, 1 push forwards) How fast can you go and maintain control?
