Rapid sole opposite sidefoot.

1. Drag the ball back diagonally across your body from the right foot towards the left foot.

2. Use the left foot to push the ball forward and then move into the drag again, step 1 above.

3. The idea is to take 2 quick touches (sole then inside) with opposite feet, establishing a rhythm and increasing the speed.

4. After using your right foot to drag the ball and left foot to push it forward, switch immediately without rest to using your left foot to drag the ball and your right foot to push it forward.

5. Test yourself – work in short bursts as this exercise is pretty tough on the calf muscles. How fast can you go while maintaining your balance/rhythm?
