Skillset Specific Workouts.

Exercise length: 20 minutes

As you become more comfortable, kick the ball higher and higher to really test yourself.

The ball has to stay within touching distance (a few feet) when you control it after kicking it high into the air. You should be aiming for at least 2 out of 5 perfect controls from each exercise.

Left foot laces control x 5 (kick the ball high into the air and control the ball with your left laces)

Right foot laces control x 5

Left foot inside foot control x 5 (kick the ball high into the air and control the ball with the inside of your left foot)

Right foot inside foot control x 5

Chest control x 5 (kick the ball into the air, not as high as for the foot control exercises, and cushion the ball with your chest)

Rest for 1 minute

Repeat above x 3 sets
