Low with high control juggling.

Individual Skills Library.

1. Juggle the ball at a comfortable height using both feet.

2. Every 5-6 touches, kick the ball in the air (at least head height) then control as it comes down and continue to juggle with the same foot.

3. Work with both feet then move onto using your right and left foot separately.

4. Test yourself – as you become more comfortable, kick the ball higher every 5-6 touches and try to maintain your juggling technique continuously.
