Exercise length: 20 minutes

Ball to be struck against a wall or passed by a partner – strike can be with any foot, the focus is on control

Every wall rebound should be struck with 100% effort to make control extremely difficult – stay close to wall, within 5 meters

Right half turn control x 5 (receive with your back foot as you open your body out to face the opposite direction)

Left half turn control x 5

Right quick touch cruyff x 5 (touch the ball quickly with outside of foot then cruyff immediately to face opposite direction)

Left quick touch cruyff x 5

Right outside spin turn x 5 (control the ball and turn in the same movement using the outside of the foot)

Left outside spin turn x 5

Rest for 1 minute

Repeat above x 3 sets
